REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of food products, all perishable items (including fresh, chilled, frozen, or cured meats) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
Non-perishable grocery items are also final sale, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear photos for review.
Refunds are not issued for:

delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

weather conditions

incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Insulated Packaging for Perishable Orders
All orders containing perishable deli products are shipped in professional insulated foam boxes with ice packs to ensure food safety and quality.
The Insulated Foam Box & Ice Pack fee is non-refundable, as the packaging is supplied new for each order and becomes the customer’s property.
Shipping & Handling
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
