SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship orders throughout British Columbia, Canada.
We benefit from significant commercial shipping discounts (up to 60% off standard carrier rates), allowing us to offer competitive pricing across BC.
Many non-perishable grocery orders ship from approximately $25, depending on destination, weight, and box size.
Perishable products requiring insulated packaging and ice packs may have higher shipping costs depending on distance and total weight.
All orders are carefully packed, weighed, and measured before final shipping costs are confirmed.
Customers will always receive exact shipping cost confirmation before final payment is completed.
We ship via Purolator using commercial discounted rates.
PERISHABLE PRODUCTS (DELI – MEAT & REFRIGERATED ITEMS)
Perishable orders are shipped Monday to Thursday
There is no shipping on weekends (Friday & Saturday & Sunday).All perishable deli products (meat, sausages, bacon, marinated meats, etc.) are shipped using professional insulated foam boxes with ice packs to maintain food safety and product quality.
Purolator EXPRESS is used for all perishable shipments, with delivery typically within 1 business day for most BC destinations.
SULATED FOAM BOX & ICE PACKS (PERISHABLE ORDERS)
Orders containing perishable deli products require insulated packaging.
Small Foam Box – $25 (up to 5–6 kg)
Inside: 9 1/4” x 9 1/4” x 7” (23 x 23 x 18 cm)
Large Foam Box – $45 (up to 12–14 kg)
Inside: 17” x 10” x 10 1/2” (43 x 25 x 27 cm)
Includes foam box, ice packs, and cold-packing.
Box becomes the customer’s property (not returnable).
Optional: Customers may return the box to us to reuse on their next order, and the foam box fee will not be charged again.
Non-perishable grocery items do not require insulated packaging.
ORDERS WITH BOTH DELI & GROCERY ITEMS
If an order contains both perishable deli items and non-perishable grocery items, we will do our best to ship everything together in the same package whenever possible.
• Perishable deli products are packed in insulated foam boxes with ice packs
• Non-perishable grocery items (such as honey, canned goods, and jar items) may be included in the same box when safe and space allows
In some cases, an order may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safe delivery (based on weight, box size, and temperature requirements).
