Its authentic recipe uses finely ground meat, pressed and slowly dried, giving the sausage its signature straight and flattened shape, dense texture, and deep red color.Made from lamb and beef, seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic, and natural spices — no additives. Slow curing creates a rich, slightly spicy, unmistakable flavor.
